Question on creating a library

Hi I am a beginner in uipath. With reference to the documentation provided in section - (Creating a Basic Library) - Creating a Basic Library, I am trying to add a Basic Library following the steps given. However I see that on creating a library the Designer Panel is not loaded, instead what I see is the screen below. I am not able to drag and drop activities on to this. Help is much appreciated.

Go to Project tab at left side and Select the Xaml File and continue your development.

@sureshj solution is indeed the correct one. I just tried as well, see here:

We’ll look into it, I’m pretty sure it used to default to the Project pane instead of the Activities pane on new library creation.

EDIT.
Actually, it simply defaults to the tab that was opened when you last closed your Studio.
