Queries on Start Page

Hi All,
Good day, I have below two quires in studio 2018.4

  1. What exactly “LIBRARY” do in Start page.
  2. There was a “FLOWCHARTS” process on start page, is it replaced by another option? because i couldn’t see in new studio version.

You can get details on Library here:

Flowchart is not replaced, you can select it while creating a process.
