Promote to other regions , same steps

Hi,
i am writing code to create an template(i.e) in the lower regions , and need to move to higher environments with the same steps.
i am loading template contents from the excel and its working fine . is there any better approach with less code ? any suggestions is much appreciated .

If it is a template then cant you have a copy of it and just use the same always? By only changing the values as you need

Each templates got different fields and drop downs , it can be modified accordingly, it’s my bad I haven’t shared my expectations clearly .

Will web recorder work well ?
