I have the keys but not the option to put them within the Orchestrator.

I believe for the Automation Cloud, you must have a Sales representative from UiPath Team involved to make the changes or they would do it automatically from their end on the Expiry date.
Just keep the UiPath Team representatives in the loop and provide a reminder to them, as it is Automation Cloud Enterprise, everything should be handled by the UiPath Team, we would only need to procure/renew the license.

Your client should have an account manager at UiPath you can extend it for you, after that it is automatic.
