Hello there, Hello @Harit_Shukla,

Now that six months have passed, I’m looking to enforce the use of apps in Web Studio rather than in classic apps i my company. I see a real benefit, and UiPath support has officially informed me that existing connector activities in classic apps will no longer be supported (for example, Microsoft Teams activities no longer work).

My question are:
Is it UiPath’s goal to make apps in Web Studio the new standard?
What features are still missing ? For example, the “Send” button as a template is still disabled. For how long? We use templates, and they’re very useful for maintaining the same visuals across my company.

Thanks for your answers!

Hi Team,

Is there a course created for creating apps in studio web?
I am facing few problems with creating app:

  1. Using DocViewer → unable to map the app variable
  2. No Variables panel is visible on app screen in design mode, i can see that only in the xaml section.
  3. Each time i am opening a app - it create a job in the orchestrator - does it need any specific licensing and what is the limit of apps that can be opened simultaneously
  4. What if a job is killed in orchestrator even if a user is using the app
