Product Improvement Suggestion - Activity/Path Classification and Colour Coding

When trying to analyse our P2P process mining process flows, it’s difficult to separate the value add activities from the non-value add (waste) activities. We can see things in terms of volumes (path line thickness & activity box shading in blue) but this doesn’t always help identify areas needing attention.
My suggestion is to allow specific activities to be classified and colour coded to highlight the good & bad tasks - e.g. “Approve Purchase Order” and “Pay Invoice” (useful tasks) in green, and “Reject Purchase Requisition” and “PO Item Price Change” (wasteful tasks) in red. The process path line leading to these tasks could also be colour coded the same way, giving a visual indication of the good & bad paths through the process.
