Dear All,
I tried to remove a process sitting in “Shared Folder”. I received the error message “Modifying this process is not possible at the moment, because there are active jobs associated with it. (#1666)”
Then, I move to the tab “Jobs” but there is nothing there. And, from the Home Tab (i.e. the dashboard), I can see there is a number “2” under “Pending”.
How can i delete the process?
First cancel all the jobs associated with that process and then you can delete that process.
Thanks @lakshman. I was thinking the same as you suggested. However, there is no record under “Jobs” so I have nothing to “Cancel”.

In that case go to JOBS tab and first check with the filters set
Interval is set to All days
State is set to Pending
So that it will show all the Pending job in queue which you can kill or stop and then try deleting that process

Thanks @Palaniyappan!! The filters were set as you suggested. Still no luck. I am wondering if this is because my progress was built almost a year ago and have been pending for so long it is not compatible with the current orchestrator version. Anyway, I just delete the Tenants as it is a testing one. Thank You!

But there is another workaround where disconnect the robot and re connect so that pending jobs will fail meantime and you will have the process available to delete
