Problem with packages in studio

Hello,

I meet some problem with differents packages in my studio (JSON, Words …)

Like you can see in the attachment, I installed word package in “Manage Package”.
Moreover, you can see this activity is present in ”C:\ProgramData\UiPath\Activities” and the relative package in “C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath Studio\Packages”
But, when I want to search my activities, anything is happen.

So I uninstall/install Studio but without result.

Have you already meet this problem ? Do you have any idea to solve this problem ?

Hello!

Try to uninstall all Word Packages, restart Uipath Studio and then install again.

Let me know if works.

Hello,

I tied this but it’s not working.
If i uninstall all packages, default package will install.
I have the same problem if i want to install word, json, pdf package …
