does anyone have experience of building the dashboards for business and operational monitoring in powerBI?
the idea to connect directly to the DB of the Orchestrator, where the logs also are saved

PowerBI is working based on variety of source like excel file, kusto queries (Azure), DB Connection and so on. To be able to build dashboard based on data taken from Orchestrator you need to consider how would you like to export data. You can use logs and export data to excel file and then to PowerBI, you can connect DB with Azure and keep data in Azure Insights and then using kusto queries put them into BI. There are a lot of approaches you can use.
