Pasting date with superscript in Word

Hello,
I have to paste 17th August 2023 in word as “17th(with Superscript) August 2023” in word. We tried to paste it writing in word but it is somehow getting back to normal format. Needed some help!

Hii,
Can you just try with Selecting “th” and provide the shortcut keys -“Ctrl + +”
