I supposed after you log in, you check the robot has actually logged in by finding a selector or not finding an error message. If error message exist, you can take a screenshot and then send it to the appropriate DL.

if you are using RE framework you have to use take screenshot activity in the End process After capturing the system exception so whenever it is failing while login it will go to the end flow and it will send email with the exception screenshot.
