Parsing XML file

Hello everybody. I’m trying to parse next XML file, i need “BIC” and "NameP"MyXmlSnippet.txt (4.4 KB)
but i have no idea how to do this. Please, can anyone explain how to do this?

the XML is defining a default namespace which is to handle within the retrieval

with this the BICEntries can be retrieved and the other info as well
