Are you able to please provide some more information so we an assist.

Such as:
Screenshots
What is the name of the activity you are using?
StudioX or Studio?
UiPath version #
Outlook mail package version #

I think you may be using StudioX.

You need to insert an Outlook Application Card as like a parent activity before you can do additional activities.
