Orchestrator URL and Server certificate

We have different names on the server certificate and the Ochestrator server;
The certificate is issued to UiPath_Orchestrator.ourDomain.com when the Orchestraotr servername is ServerName.ourDomain.com
UiPath_Orchestrator.ourDomain.com alias has been added to DNS, so we can access the Orchestrator login page, but after entering userid and password we are back to the login screen.
Is there anything we can do but ordering a new certificate?

Could you please let me know what certificate are you referring you? Is it the SSL certificate? And have you hosted it on the Intranet or the Internet?

The certicitae is issued by our own certification authority in our Windows Domain which can issue certificates
that are trusted inside the domain (quote from Installation guide). It is hosted on the Intranet.
