Orchestrator Upgrade Fails with "The Statement failed. column CO_ASSESMENT_META_JSON" Error

Orchestrator upgrade fails with "The Statement failed. Column 'CO_ASSESMENT_META_JSON' has a data type that cannot participate in a columnstore index." error.

When trying to upgrade the Orchestrator, the following error appears:

For troubleshooting, check the following:

if the customer is upgrading from a very old version of Orchestrator
if the customer has enabled Insights or Test Automation
if the customer is using a very old version of the Orchestrator which is deprecated, with Insights enabled; upgrading the Orchestrator to the latest will not support it since the old version of Insights doesn't have compatibility.

In order to solve the issue, disable Insights and Test Automation feature before proceeding for upgrade.
