I am trying to migrate the Queue Items from Classic to Modern Folder in the Orchestrator version 2020.10.14 . Steps performed as below :

1. Download Queue Items - Queue items downloaded in csv format.
2. Upload Queue Items - Using same csv file from step 1 to upload

After executing the orchestrator manager, the status is showing as “Success” but, the queue items are not getting populated in the Moden folder

Can you please let me know why is this happening?

Is the Queue still exists in Classic Folder.

make sure you are running job in Modern folder, also you can pass folder name at Add Queue item, set transaction status.

You can link the queue items between classic and modern folder. and if you don’t want folder in classic after linking you unlink it for classic folder. So the queue will be successfully moved to Modern without any data loss.

Did you happen to point to right tenant and folder?

Looks like the queue items are added to someother plce…can you please check the same

make sure you are running job in Modern folder, also you can pass folder name at Add Queue item, set transaction status. - I am using Modern folder in Orchestrator Manager to migrate the queue Items. Can you please explain a bit how can I pass folder name at Add Queue item, set transaction status in orchestrator Manager?

Hi @Anil_G , I have used the correct folder name. The same Folder same I am using to create Queue Items and it is working fine.

Hello @lipsa.satapathy1

1. Click on 3 dots next to queue and click Manage Links.

2. Select the Modern folder you want to move the queue, and unselect the Classic folder . click update.
   
   

Folder Name can be passed to Add Queue item, set transaction status activities in UiPath Studio.
