The error shown in the image occurs when logging in for the first time after installing the orchestrator. What could be the cause?

  • Orchestrator Licensing: Ensure that UiPath Orchestrator is properly licensed and activated. If there are licensing issues, it could prevent users from logging in or accessing certain features.
  • Orchestrator Configuration: Verify that UiPath Orchestrator is correctly configured and accessible from the machine where you are trying to log in. Ensure that the Orchestrator URL is entered correctly in the login page.
  • Permissions : Ensure that the user account you are using to log in to UiPath Orchestrator has the necessary permissions and roles assigned to access the Orchestrator dashboard and perform the required actions.
