Orchestrator licensing confusion

I’ve tried contacting customer support about this but I just get the error “Error in creating case” when submitting a ticket so hopefully the forums can help instead.

So my organization has purchased two “UiPath - Flex - Citizen Developer - Named User” licenses and are successfully building and running automations. We are using orchestrator in google chrome for all this but recently noticed that orchestrator claims to be on a community license, see attached image.

We’ve unsuccessfully tried to activate our licenses in “Enterprise Activation” and I’ve looked at all the instructions I could find for activating orchestrator, but nothing has worked so far. We were assured that the licenses we purchased included orchestrator and are unsure what is going on. Will this cause problems? What will happen when the community license expires?

when the community license expires, UiPath will send mail to you.
