Orchestrator Issue - Robot Unresponsive

Hi ,

I have a licensed version of UiPath. Now, I am unable to open my Studio which popup as " Ur robot is not connected" . Once i open my orchestrator, my robots state are in " Unresponsive " .
Any isea to resolve this issue to make the robots active?

Which versions of each bit are you using (Studio+Robot/Orchestrator)? Is it the Automation Cloud Orchestrator service?
