We are still using 2018.3.2, soon migrating to 2019.10, looking forward.

1. SMEs and RPA developers
2. Daily for checking logs and queue items
3. Capacity planning (Schedules graphical representation - #4 by LADISZAN) or a kind of gantt chart for jobs for robots
4. nothing specific
5. date-time format in logs, we would need different localisation
