Orchestrator CE Issue - Failed to install Package

Hello,
Could you confirm that the Nuget.config file that you edited is the one from:
"C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\NuGet" ?
Also UiRobotSvc should be restarted after modification.
