Please navigate to the Orchestrator URL, Click on the lock icon in the browser’s address bar to view the certificate details, ensure the certificate is valid, not expired.

Without a valid certificate I could not access the site.
I still downloaded the certificate again. Unfortunately without success
Can you check network issues or firewall settings might be blocking the SSL connection
