Not being able to download attachment in Outlook from particular account

I have used get
use desktop Outlook app
and then inside Do
I have used Get Outlook Mail message with filter particular account
like this “[From]=‘abc@gmail.com’”

I have tried with both For each Email and For each with both save attachments and save email attachment

Both hasn’t worked so far. Weirdly enough, it worked only once. Don’t know how

ps: the file I am trying to download are xlsx and zip (rar) file

did you untick only read unread messages from get outlook messages activity?

Yes, I did that too.

I have finally resolved my issue after I put if condition and change from to senderaddress in filter section.
