Not able to open Taxonomy

I getting the error “communication between UiPath studio and the taxonomy manager ended unexpectedly” while open taxonomy. I have already tried with all the versions of UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities. Still error the same. Even now I can’t opened Taxonomy of older projects which I have created.

Please Help.
