Not able to find Orchestrator Machine, Robot tabs on https://platform.uipath.com

Current behavior: I am not able to find a way to login in to my previously created tenant on orchestrator. In UiPath also below window is appearing:

Can someone please tell me the link or a way to login to tenant in orchestrator.
