I’m using community edition UiPath for learning purpose and I’m not able to connect my machine to orchestrator.
Please anyone can give the solution for this. Thanks in Advance!!
When you use machine key it would show like that…but should work…
If you still want to connect it then use sign in option and sign in to orchestrator then you would see it connected properly

Give a try using the Sign in option, maybe your machine is not set properly, also give a try clearing all your browser cookies
