"No Transactions" in Orchestrator

Hello Community,

I have created a REFramework process in Studio and published to Studio.
It processed the transactions successfully. However, the dashboard in Orchestrator still shows “No Transactions”. What am I missing? Not finding any information on this online.

Hi ,

Please validate the following

  1. You are connected to the correct Tenant / Folder
  2. In your Orchestrator - Go to the respective Folder - Navigate to Queues
  3. Open the SubMenu for Queue and Select View Transactions.
  4. Make sure that there are no Filters applied.
  5. It can be an issue with the dispatcher where no data is uploaded to queue
  6. After data is uploaded , print a log mentioning the count of records added

Is it the insights dashboard?

Did you happen to add the correct queue for checking?

Are there any filters that you used? Like date ,status,job name etc

Please edit the dashboard and show if possible to check the details

click on Tenant - Monitoring - Once click on 3dots in the right side and select your required option to ckeck the transactions of particular hour/day/week or else once click on the option of last 30days

Make sure the robot executing the process is correctly configured with the correct Environment in
orchestrator to match your REFramework process.
