Need help/assistance with API

Hi,

Since I’m fairly new to the API, I’m having issue with finding the right document and how to approach the project using API.
I’m trying to trigger the bot to run a specific project.
to my understanding is that I would like to trigger the bot to run from postman to Orchestrator.
Where I am having the most difficult is where to find the values. Can someone help me with resources or give some guidance on where I can obtain those values?
