@Guille267 I’m not sure this will solve your issue, but give a try Read text file and store the data in a string variable Then use assign activity to convert the standard characters to utf-8 Then write it back to the text file and check if it is written as expected The assign command is system.Text.Encoding.ASCII.GetString(system.Text.Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(str))

usually, those ascii characters are utf-8 encoded, so that you need to encode before sending it to the activity
