.msg Attachment file problem

Hello

I want to save email .msg file use exchange and convert to .msg library

but if i do that the image of the body, It is changed to an attachment.

I would like to save the .msg file as a body image and as an attachment.

How can i solve it?

you can save it by image using .png format.
