I recently completed the Enterprise Scale Management academy course. I found the move folders feature good but it also loses traceability where the original user folder was moved by the admin. Admin can create folders because it is empty. When users have started using their own folder, admin should not have the right to move or change the user folders, it is user’s data and responsibility. Giving the admin the right to move user folders should be requested/granted by the user.
Thank you for your suggestion. Personally, I can see why it is possible to do by the admins in the context of the organization that manages its resources, but I feel like the suggestion should be further considered by our team.
As such, I sent it to our ideas tracker for further consideration.
