"Move Folder: Source or destination folder missing." ERROR!

I don’t know what is happening but i’m not available to move the file, all the time the error is “Move Folder: Source or destination folder missing.” Doesn’t matter the path I pasted that all the time i had the same error.

Hi @Carla_Munoz,

You are referring to a docx file in your From section, if you are moving files to a new folder then try a Move File instead.

You can leave the To section as a folder to move it, or a folder and filename to rename it.

use move file activity instead of move folder activity

Make sure your both filepath and folder path is correct

Copy that and search for it in file explorer of your system
If it opens then fine
If not get the proper path and change here accordingly
