ML Extractor data labelling for invoices

I’m getting the following error while exporting from the document manager.

The following fields are labelled in less than 10 pages each: po-no. Mark the fields as ‘Hidden’, delete them, or label them in at least 10 pages.

I could’nt find this ‘po-no’ field anywhere, any ideas

Go to “Fields” panel

  • Open the Document Manager project
  • On the left side, click Fields
  • Look for the field po-no
    (It may be hidden, inactive, or inside another group.)

If the field is not visible

Click:
⋮ (three dots) → Show Hidden Fields
You will now see all fields, including ones previously disabled.

Options to resolve

You must do one of these:

Delete “po-no”

If you don’t need the field:

  • Select po-no → Delete

Mark as “Hidden”

If you want to keep it but not use it:

  • Select po-no → Turn ON Hidden

Or Label it on 10+ pages

If you actually need the field: Open documents and Label “po-no” at least 10 times
