Is there any documents to refer ,that highlight the steps, challenges and impacts while converting code from Blueprism to UiPath.

When you are migrating from one rpa tool is as good as. New development
You need to create process from scratch
Also grout design u can use same as blue prism
Just activities will differ

Better to create from scratch rather than migrating and fixing the issues
