Microsoft Computer Vision Error

Hi,

I am using Microsoft Computer Vision to read Hand written text from an image.

I used Microsoft Vision Scope with Service url as “https://westcentralus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/vision/v2.0”
and SUbscription key as “6b27b***************”

When i run the process, i get the below error as follow:
Message: Operation returned an invalid status code ‘NotFound’

Exception Type: System.Exception

Please remove /Vision/V2.0 to eliminate error
