In the Business Analysis, Prepare RPA module, ** percentage of free text** in the input is said to be a determinant of the process complexity. Could somebody explain what free text means and is it different than text found in a scanned document image?

I guess here Free text in the sense user comments. Different people will give different comments for same situation right.
Free Text is the percent to not standard input (unstructured information) of your process to automate. For example, differents XML/PDF template, Mail with differents subject.
