Please verify that the attachment path is correct. It seems to be missing at the moment your activity is trying to send the email
You might try and test to send the email without any attachments, in order to see that the attachments path is the real issue here.

Please verify if the file exists in folder before sending email.
Also you can check if the mentioned path is correctly declared in argument field.

which Mail package version? you have the Open Editor option on the Send Email activity?
