Mainframe Automation Connected- but showing diffrent screen

Hello I am trying to automate a mainframe screen… Tried to connect and it says connected. but screen is not the one I am expecting.

The above image is the screen I am getting. But I am expecting some thing like below.

CAn anyone help what I am missing?

There can be multiple reasons

  1. Can you check the connection string if you are using the right details
  2. Can you confirm the specified connection type and other details like the terminal selected are correct
  3. Does the mainframe application have any security restrictions? Can you check if you have an IT team…this can be ruled out if there are already automations running on mainframe …then this would have been taken care
