MailKit.Security.AuthenticationException using IMAP using outlook

Any idea what causes this issue? woudl be appreciated thanks.

RemoteException wrapping MailKit.Security.AuthenticationException: LOGIN failed.
at UiPath.Mail.Activities.GetMailActivity.EndExecute(AsyncCodeActivityContext context, IAsyncResult result)
at System.Activities.AsyncCodeActivity.System.Activities.IAsyncCodeActivity.FinishExecution(AsyncCodeActivityContext context, IAsyncResult result)
at System.Activities.AsyncCodeActivity.CompleteAsyncCodeActivityData.CompleteAsyncCodeActivityWorkItem.Execute(ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager)

if you are trying to get emails from Outlook, better to try with Outlook Activities

Need outlook account configured in your machine
