Although I have hands-on experience in the UiPath domain, I have not completed any certifications yet. I would like guidance on which UiPath certifications I can pursue at this stage, especially free certifications that are available. Additionally, I want to understand which topics, tools, and practical activities I should focus on to become a better UiPath developer. I am eager to learn from industry experts about the best way to strengthen my skills, cover important concepts in depth, and grow professionally. My goal is to enhance my expertise and prepare myself for better career opportunities while applying to other companies.

With 1 year of experience, you should aim for:
UiPath Certified RPA Associate (good fundamentals validation)
Then focus on UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer (UiARD) — this is more valuable for job switching.
To grow as a developer, strengthen:
REFramework (deep understanding)
Orchestrator (queues, assets, roles, triggers)
Exception handling
Queue-based architecture
Basic API automation (HTTP, JSON)
Focus on strong fundamentals and real project design — that matters more than multiple certifications.
