Launch Workflow Interactive doesn't work in version 2018.4

In the new version, when using the Launch Workflow Interactive, the robot works only when the virtual machine’s screen is open. He does not create his own session.
When we used version 2018.2 the Launch Workflow Interactive worked fine. ROBOT created his session on a virtual machine and worked in it.

In the configuration file C: \ ProgramData \ UiPathUiPath.settings “LoginToConsole”: true, in the block Launch Workflow Interactive LoginToConsole ckeckbox enable

What could be the problem?
This functionality is very important for us.
