Kill Excel Process not responding

Hi All,

Currently im working in RPA Automation that need to open and close excel multiple times in Sharepoint folder.

To avoid excel hang, i always put activity kill Excel between that excel scope.

The issue is, sometimes i found that my excel take so long to kill/close, i need to kill excel using task manager to close it then rerun bot.

The Issue Occurs may be the Low memory space to access the application. Otherwise try to repair the Office applications

Thankyou for the reply, as i rememmber when this issue occured, i check resource server everything ok has no issue.

Hi @aliaga

It seems like an onedrive sync delay.

Could you pause the onedrive sync and try again to isolate the issue?

Also, what is the Excel file size?
