Hi Cristina,

I signed up for the Learning Plan with my professional account: diogo.santos@hbfuller.com. My alternative account is: diogosantos08@hotmail.com.

I have finished the Learning Plan.

I’ve been checking and I’ve only received the Verification Test in my alternative account and to answer 20 questions, when it should only be 10, since I’ve finished the Learning Plan.

Can you please look at this situation?

I completed the exam yesterday and i want to check if there any further steps should i do.
should i send an email or just waiting for the voucher.

Also can i change the email that i register on it?
