I’m having issues with my unattended robot, whereby every time I try to run a process via Orchestrator to be ran unattended on my VM, I’m getting this error:
“Cannot bring the target application to the front because the Windows session is locked.”
However, everything I’ve read says that it may be because my Remote Desktop Access session is still active. So I sign out of the RDA and attempt to run my process from the Orchestrator, but it then says that the robot is unlicensed.
Does anyone know a way around this? I’m finding that I need to keep doing into the VM to open UiPath Assistant for it to be able to connect, but I’m then faced with the “locked session” issue.
@sam.willsonHi Navigate as below in UiPath Orchestrator
Tenant–>Folders–>connected Bot will display. Click on Edit on the required bot and change as below in Robot Settings and try.
Unattended robot must be installed in service mode.please check that first… then login would be done by robot after you signout
in details/services tab of task manager search for UiPath.service.host…if this not present that means its installed in usermode …you need to perform a reinstallation in service mode
