Issue with ServiceNow Integration Service Package and Activities

I have installed ServiceNow integration Service activity but getting an error when trying to get All incidents


When a Studio version older than 2023.4.x is utilized with the latest ServiceNow integration service package (> V5.0.0), an error message is generated:

Resolution:
It is important to consult the compatibility matrix in the release notes (Here )

For ServiceNow integration package greater than 5.2.0, Studio version has to be 2023.10
For the ServiceNow integration package greater than 5.0.0, the Studio version has to be 2023.4.x
For ServiceNow integration package 5.0.0, Studio version has to be a minimum of 2022.10.x
