Create New Incident Integration Activity Not Configurable in Studio Desktop

Hi UiPath Support Team,

I’m facing issue with the “Create new Incident in ServiceNow” activity using Integration Service in UiPath Studio Desktop.

  • Tha activity shows a red error saying “Activity is not configured. Please configure the actvity.”
  • When I double-click the activity, nothing opens.
  • The properties panel is also empty and shows the same error.
  • Interestingly, the activity works fine in Studio Web, which confirms the ServiceNow connection is correct.

Please help me resolve this bug in Studio Desktop.

Try upgrading to latest possible versions of the packages in your project. Also try refreshing the connection from Data Manager panel.

Tried everything still not working

I tried refreshing the connection and created new project. Now it is working
