Issue with ML Extractor - Items

Hi
When I am using the intelligentOCR activities to extract information from a PDF, I am encountering an issue when for the items extraction. When I confirm the extraction for item table it will create a duplicate of the same item. I have tried to remove this duplicate item table but unable too. It will freeze the process.

Hope someone can confirm whether this is an current bug in UiPath.
