Is that possible to extract the table columns dynamically in the PNG and JPG file

I want to extract the table from the PNG, JPEG, and PDF files. The columns will change for each format and column names also not same. Please let me know how to achieve this in UiPath using AI center.

Since I don’t know how much column I will get. How I need to create the fields in taxonomy and also in the Configure prompt in the generative extractor.

you can mention all the fields that you need…like all expected fields consolidated for all docs
