Let’s try like this in the message box
Yourarrayvariable(0).ToString

I hope the array will store the first value that we choose, but not sure let’s try

Still facing the following Issues :
1- For this : Yourarrayvariable(0).ToString , it’s showing only the 1st value from the list even you choose another one.
2- Still Gendre variable not available in Msg Box
3- Still having duplicate values in Item List

@Palaniyappan, I think using Forms is one of the most difficult subject in UiPath, No ?

may i know the package name and its version used in your studio for that form to be developed because i feel like version compatibility is not allowing me to test it
if possible i can implement it in my system and let you know
so may i know the package name and its version for creating form

Seems issue in UiPath Version not Form Package version, No?

From Form Activities Section:

UiPath.Form.Activities requires a minimum UiPath Studio version of 18.4

My Uipath version is 19.4.4
