Invoke vba : permission denied

when i trying to invoke vba code it throws error like permission denied.
I’m not aware about this error can anyone help me?

Please open the excel and change the settings in trust center to allow VBA

File → Option → Trust Center – > Trust Center Settings → Macro Settings →
Select Enable VBA Macros .
In Developer macro settings , check the trust access to the VBA project model

After clicking ok , can you save the Excel file once and then try to execute it? if it doesnt work after saving , can you restart it once?

Also please ensure that the macro name and name mentioned in the entry method name are same.
